I’m Silvi Bertolissi, a London-based Creative Director and Art Director with 20 years’ experience leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver award-winning, culturally relevant work.

I turn business objectives into effective campaigns and brand systems, managing projects from concept to delivery. I set creative direction, lead pitches and guide teams to push ideas further, while building strong client relationships and mentoring talent.

I currently work as Senior Creative / Art Director at British Airways, where I regularly collaborate with Uncommon Creative Studio to develop award-winning campaigns. Prior to this, I spent two years at Amazon Advertising as an ACD / Senior Art Director. This experience deepened and reinforced my passion for using innovation and technology to solve customer problems.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Omnicom Health and BBDO, where I strengthened my creative instincts. Over the years, I’ve earned 8 awards and have had the privilege of working with global brands, you can find some of my selected works here.
